Introduction
Seung Hyuck Han is a partner of Yulchon who mainly practices in the areas of antitrust law, telecommunications and broadcasting, and information and communication technology. Mr. Han graduated from the Department of Law at Seoul National University and completed the 33rd Judicial Research and Training Institute course. Since joining Yulchon in 2007, Mr. Han has dealt with a range of proceedings before Korea Fair Trade Commission, Korea Communications Commission, Ministry of Science and ICT, and Korea Fair Trade Medication Agency as well as other various civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

- 2023-2025 Represented LOTTE Home Shopping in a KFTC investigation into alleged unfair internal transactions and obtained clearance of all charges
- 2024 Represented LG U+ in the mobile carriers’ MNP collusion case, securing a substantial reduction of fines and partial termination of the KFTC proceedings
- 2023 Represented Agoda in its lawsuit against the KFTC to cancel a corrective order to revise the no-refund clause under its terms of use, and prevailed on all claims
- 2021-2022 Advised Company L on report of the Standard Essential Patent abuse by a global essential patent holder to the KFTC and application for injunctive relief and resolved the dispute
- 2021-2022 Obtained a decision to issue a warning in a case concerning violation of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising by Hyundai motor company
- 2021 Obtained a decision to exempt charges in a case involving commission/incentives of LG U+ agencies
- 2021 Obtained a decision to clear suspicion and terminate examination procedures of cases involving KT’s IDC terms and conditions
- 2021 Obtained a conditional approval on minimum corrective measures in the HCN acquisition of KT skylife
