Our client, a global healthcare company, retained us to investigate claims of workplace sexual harassment. We conducted interviews and reviewed relevant documents, and were able to verify certain claims of sexual harassment, as well as verbal abuse.
We revised the client’s policies and past practices, and advised on the appropriate response, including the procedures for disciplinary action and the appropriate degree of discipline. Beyond that, we worked with the client to consider how to improve their corporate culture and ensure a harassment-free workplace.
