Soojung Lee is a foreign attorney admitted in California (2003), and the Deputy Head of Yulchon’s Labor and Employment Practice and its Workplace & Investigation & Disputes Center. Ms. Lee advises both domestic and foreign multinational companies in relation to all manner of labor and employment matters in Korea, including workforce reduction, employee and executive termination, sexual and non-sexual harassment claims, collective labor relations, discrimination, use of non-regular workers, and general employment-law compliance. A native Korean speaker, Ms. Lee has extensive legal and business experience in both Korea and the U.S. Ms. Lee has been recognized as a leading individual in the labor-and-employment field in Korea by prestigious international and domestic publications and directories, such as Chambers, Who’s Who Legal and Asian Legal Business (ALB).
