紹介
Mr. Kwang-Sun Lee is a distinguished attorney specializing in labor and employment law. He holds a law degree from Sungkyunkwan University College of Law and a master’s degree from Korea University Graduate School. After passing the national judicial examination and completing his training at the Judicial Training Institute, Mr. Lee began his career as in-house counsel at CJ Corporation and later served as Head of the Labor Group at Jipyong LLC. He joined Yulchon in 2023 and currently serves as Deputy Head of the firm’s Labor Team and International Investigation Team. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in handling all aspects of labor-related matters, labor litigation, advisory services and labor investigations. He has represented and advised numerous companies in injunctions, civil and criminal cases, and collective labor relations matters. His expertise spans a wide array of traditional and complex labor issues, such as dismissals, dismissals for managerial needs, illegal placement of agency workers, and unfair labor practices, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Lee is a highly sought-after lecturer, providing training on unfair labor practices, collective labor relations, ordinary wages, workplace harassment, and other pressing labor issues. His clients include major organizations such as Samsung Group affiliates, Doosan Group, LG Group, SK Group, Naver, Starbucks Korea, Korea Management Association, Korea Economic History Association, and Hankyung Academy. He also contributes regularly to leading publications, including Monthly Labor Law Journal and Hankyung CHO Forum. Mr. Lee’s excellence has been widely recognized in the legal industry.
