紹介
Jin Su Choi is a partner of Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution Practice who represents and advises clients in the various litigations related to general civil, commercial, administrative, criminal, labor/employment, construction/real estate, personal information and private school disputes. Mr. Choi has recently represented and provided legal advice to clients in the litigations related to labor/employment, administrative and private school disputes. In particular, Mr. Choi has successfully obtained significant court’s judgements in the labor/employment disputes involving ordinary wage and layoff. Mr. Choi received his LL.B. from Yonsei University, continued his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, the Supreme Court of Korea and joined Yulchon in 2006.
