Yulchon's Aerospace & Defense Center combines the expertise of the National Defense/Public Contract, Overseas Defense Industry, and Aerospace Teams to deliver integrated strategic services across the defense and aerospace sectors. We leverage our experience in defense procurement, cross-border market entry, and space industry legal reforms to offer tailored solutions for corporations and government agencies. The defense industry requires precise support for export controls, security, and procurement contracts, while the aerospace sector, as an emerging growth industry, demands strategic support through regulatory development and public–private cooperation. We go beyond conventional legal advice to deliver integrated solutions, including overseas market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, joint development and cooperative project structuring, and public–private partnership building. Our center is composed of professionals with backgrounds in the Ministry of National Defense, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Blue House, together with significant M&A expertise.
