Jung, Yu Chul
Introduction
Yu Chul Jung is a partner in Yulchon"s Real Estate & Construction Practice. Mr. Jung mainly practices in the areas of government contracts and civil and criminal disputes, including real estate construction disputes and administrative disputes. Before joining Yulchon, he worked as a judge advocate at Defense Procurement Agency where he was in charge of bid-rigging cases worth over 10 billion Korean won and received the Excellent Litigation Performer Award from the Minister of Justice. Mr. Jung is an arbitrator with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, chairman of the Contract, Claim and Risk Management Committee in the Construction Management Association of Korea, counsel to the Korean Professional Engineers Association and advisor to the Defense Installations Agency. He also lectures at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and various graduate schools of construction and legal affairs.
