Introduction

Geen Kim is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Her practice area is focused on domestic and offshore alternative investments, establishment of and investment by investment vehicles (funds), asset management, structured finance, capital markets, project finance, and M&A finance. Ms. Kim advised numerous transactions in the area of Capital Markets, especially transactions involving alternative investments in real estate (domestic and offshore), aircraft, ships and infrastructure assets. Ms Kim has been advising one of the largest pension funds in Korea on its offshore alternative investments since 2009. Through the top quality legal services that she provides to her clients, Ms. Kim has well-deservedly earned her reputation as one of the most knowledgeable attorneys in her areas of practice. Ms. Kim is regarded as one of the premiere attorneys in Korea for alternative investments and she continues to be ranked in Band 1 for ‘Capital Market: Securitisation’ by Chambers (Asia and Global).
