Introduction
Kwang Seok Song is a partner at Yulchon who specializes in defense and public procurement contracts, administrative sanctions, real estate and dispute resolution sectors. Mr. Song graduated Korea Military Academy and had served as an infantry officer for 10 years and transferred his branch to Judge Advocate after he passed Korean Bar Exam in 2004. Since then, he had served as a JAG officer for 19 years at the Korean Army, the Ministry of National Defense and Washington Office of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration of Korea. With these special experiences and experties, Mr. Song can provide best legal assist in the areas of defense acquisition, public procurement and government contracts, International defense cooperation programs. Mr. Song received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, LLM form American University in D.C. He is a member of Both Korean and New York Bar.
