- Represented companies in diverse individual employment law disputes (e.g., termination, disciplines, illegal dispatch, and wage disputes).
- Represented companies in diverse collective labor relations disputes (e.g., the invalidation of the establishment of a labor union, injunctions on collective bargaining, lockouts, and time-off disputes).
- Conducted numerous In-house subcontracting consulting for manufacturers, distributors, and IT companies.
- 2022 Represented and won for Nexteel, a steel company, at the Supreme Court in Layoff Litigation.
- 2019 Represented an auto parts company in appealing to the Supreme Court against an unfavorable judgment on a lockout and wage dispute, and successfully persuaded the Supreme Court to reverse and remand the judgment.
- 2019 Represented and won for an auto parts company at the Supreme Court, in connection with a union dispute
- 2018 Represented and won for a defense company at the Supreme Court, finding that the new HR system is not an adverse change of the company’s work rules.
