Yulchon represented L’Oréal group in reaching an agreement to acquire 100% of the equity ownership of Nanda Co. Ltd., the Korean lifestyle, make-up, and fashion company, in May 2018. The deal represents the largest acquisition of a Korean company by a French buyer in history, and attracted significant media attention.
Yulchon’s Labor and Employment Practice worked closely with the Corporate & Finance Group, which led the deal on behalf of L’Oréal.
