Yulchon frequently provides legal advice to the Korean government with respect to the enactment, amendment, and interpretation of EHS-related regulations, and many attorneys in Yulchon's EHS team are current active members of different environmental committees, including the Ministry of Environment's National Environmental Dispute Resolution Commission.
