Song, Sang Woo
Introduction
Sang Woo Song is a certified public accountant at Yulchon where his practice area focuses on taxation, especially in finance sector. Before joining Yulchon in 2004, he was a senior manager with Samil Accounting (Pricewaterhouse Coopers). He has engaged in various tax consulting services on cross-border investments by domestic or foreign investment funds. He also served as an advisory for the Korean National Tax Service and Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance for the reform of the international tax system.
