Introduction

Jin Seok Choi is a partner in Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Practice who primarily practices in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate finance, financial regulations, insolvency and restructuring, and derivative transactions. He has worked on various deals and transactions including large-scale real estate transactions, insolvency, financial regulations and OTC derivative transactions after joining Yulchon in 2008. Mr. Choi received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, studied for a Master of Law degree at the University of New South Wales in Australia, and completed a finance law and practice program (OTC derivatives) at the Center for Financial Law of Seoul National University.
