Yulchon"s Real Estate & Construction Group advised FG Asset Management in connection with its participation in loans for a real estate development project at 626 First Avenue in New York City (which loans are secured by the project site), and assisted with the initial closing of the transaction.
The Real Estate & Construction Group was involved in all aspects of the transaction, including assistance with the review and revision of all contracts and loan agreements, preparation of documentation for investors, review of the transaction structure, preparation and submission of all required foreign exchange reports, and preparation of investment agreements executed among relevant investors and the asset management company.
