Yulchon Wins at ALB Korea Law Awards 2020

Yulchon won awards for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year and the Real Estate Deal of the Year at the ALB Korea Law Awards 2020 at an online ceremony on November 12th, 2020. Awards host Asian Legal Business (ALB) is a renowned legal guide for the Asia-Pacific region.
Yulchon won TMT Deal of the Year for successfully advising on the acquisition of Woowa Brothers by Delivery Hero, a transaction that received widespread attention within the Korean delivery application market. Yulchon was awarded Real Estate Deal of the Year for its work on the acquisition of U.S. luxury hotels by Mirae Asset Global Investments.
Now in its 8th year, the ALB Korea Law Awards recognizes excellence and outstanding achievements among Korea’s leading law firms and in-house legal teams, as well as selecting the top deals and dealmakers of the year for distinction, based on independent research and voting by a panel of outside experts.
