紹介
ユン・セリ弁護士は、法務法人(有) 律村の設立メンバーの一人であり、律村のManaging Partner兼代表弁護士です。M&A、公正取引、国際租税の分野において韓国最高の専門家として定評があります。ソウル大学校法科大学を卒業し、1年間の検事生活を送った後、米国ハーバード大学法学大学院及びカリフォルニア大学校ヘイスティングス法学大学院にてLL.M.とJ.D.を取得し、ベーカー＆マッケンジーのシカゴ/ニューヨーク事務所にて3年間勤務した経歴があります。代表的な業務実績としては、SKテレコムによる新世紀通信の買収や、現代自動車とダイムラー・クライスラー間の戦略的提携等のコーポレート・プロジェクト、ダウムコミュニケーションとリアルネットワークスを代理したマイクロソフトの市場支配的地位の乱用、ルフトハンザを代理し航空貨物運送料の談合に関する公正取引事件、SK証券の韓国国内外の金融機関を相手とした派生商品関連の国際訴訟/示談交渉が挙げられます。2005年のInternational Who’s Who of Professionalsに登録され、International Financial Law Review、Global Competition Review及びAsialawが選んだ韓国の競争法、税法専門家でもあります。その他、International Bar Association, American Bar Association, International Competition Network等の有名機関のカンファレンスにおいても租税、競争法等に関する発表を行っています。
