Gwack, Sang Hyean
Introduction
Sang Hyean Gwack is a partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in the area of dispute resolution. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Gwack served as a judge in many Korean courts, including the Seoul District Court and the Seoul High Court, and was the chief judge at the Youngwol Branch of the Chuncheon District Court. He also served as a lecturer at the Judicial Research and Training Institute for three years. He studied antitrust law at the University of Washington in the United States from 2005 to 2006.
