Yulchon is the only domestic law firm that has been involved in the legislative process of climate change policies from the early stages, beginning with the research phase of the Basic Act on Climate Change, which was the precursor to the Framework Act on Low Carbon, Green Growth, and continuing through its domestication.
In addition, Yulchon successfully conducted research and provided advisory services on the legal framework for an emission statistics system and an emissions trading system under the Basic Act on Low Carbon, Green Growth.
