Kim, Jinsub
Jinsub Kim is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution Team at Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution Group. Mr. Kim has vast experience in negotiating contracts, making claims, conducting dispute resolution procedures including arbitration in relation to overseas construction projects and has extensive experience in advising on legal issues arising in the MENA region.

Jinsub Kim is a partner in the International Dispute Resolution Team at Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution Group. Mr. Kim has vast experience in negotiating contracts, making claims, conducting dispute resolution procedures including arbitration in relation to overseas construction projects and has extensive experience in advising on legal issues arising in the MENA region. Prior to joining Yulchon, Mr. Kim worked as a legal counsel in a major construction company in Korea, serving in the MENA regional headquarters and the company’s dedicated dispute resolution TF, working on contract and legal matters for various types of projects including combined cycle power plant, high voltage direct current assets, and renewable energy. As MENA regional counsel residing in the UAE, Mr. Kim has experience in providing legal advice for regional legal issues in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and other MENA areas.
