Kang, Hye Young
紹介
Ms. Hye Young Kang is a senior consultant in the IP&Tech Group and mainly advises companies on personal information protection and establishment of information protection management systems. Prior to joining Yulchon, Ms. Kang worked at the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) for 26 years, beginning in 1999. During her tenure at KISA, she served in various departments including the Internet Promotion Head Office, the International Cooperation Head Office, the Cyber Security Incident Response Head Office, and the Personal Information Protection Group. In 2014, Ms. Kang served as the Head of the Seoul Office of Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Ms. Kang later worked as Manager of Global Security Cooperation of the Cyber Security Incident Response Head Office from 2015 to 2017, and as Manager in the Personal Data Protection Group at KISA from 2019 to 2021. From 2022 until recently, Ms. Kang worked in the Personal Data Secure Usage Group at KISA.
