Yulchon Recognized as One of Asia-Pacific’s Most Innovative Law Firms –FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia-Pacific 2025

Yulchon LLC was named as a winner in the Digital Tools category and received Highly Commended recognition in the Responsible Business category at the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Asia-Pacific 2025 Awards held in Hong Kong on May 15. Yulchon was the only Korean law firm to be selected as both a finalist and an awardee.
In the Responsible Business category, the FT recognized Yulchon for its multi-year project to support the economic independence of women from North Korea, in collaboration with its public interest foundation Onyul and The Bridge International. The program offers strength-based coaching, 1:1 mentoring, and practical training on job applications and interviews to help participants secure stable employment and integrate into society.
Yulchon was also selected as a winner in the Digital Tools category for its AI-based Horizon Analysis Service. This recognition affirms Yulchon's position as a leading provider of innovative and client-focused legal solutions in the financial sector.
This dual recognition highlights Yulchon’s commitment to both technological innovation and social impact in the legal industry. The FT Innovative Lawyers Asia-Pacific Awards are presented annually by the Financial Times and RSGI, based on independent research, client and peer interviews, and evaluation of submitted innovations from law firms across the region.
