Choi, Hong Jun
Introduction
Hong Jun Choi is a partner at Yulchon LLC in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Mr. Choi specializes in the areas of financial regulations and foreign exchange (FX) transactions. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Choi was with the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) where he performed duties including examination and regulation of financial institutions; enactment and revision of financial regulations; and inspection of FX transactions. After leaving the FSS, Mr. Choi returned to private practice and advised corporations on FSS examinations and regulations and FX transactions. Currently Mr. Choi’s practice is focused on financial regulations, civil and criminal procedings, and advising on examination and regulation processes by the FSS.
