Partner Tae Hak Chung Has Joined Yulchon

Mr. Tae Hak Chung has joined Yulchon’s litigation group as a partner. His practice will include general civil and criminal litigation, as well as tax and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining Yulchon, he served as a judge for over 16 years, including service as a research judge for the Supreme Court of Korea. He has also headed election commissions in a number of electoral districts around Korea. Mr. Chung received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, and in 2001 he studied U.S. intellectual property law at the University of Washington.
