Introduction
Tae Hak Chung is a partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in tax and administrative litigations including general civil and criminal litigations, serving as manager for the Dispute Resolution Practice. Prior to joining Yulchon in 2010, he served as a judge for over 16 years at various courts including the Seoul Administrative Court, the Suwon District Court and the Youngwol Branch of the Chuncheon District Court. He also served as a research judge for the Supreme Court of Korea. He was the head of the Election Commission for Giheung-gu, Yongin-shi; Youngwol-gun, Gangwon-do; and Samchuk-shi, Gangwon-do. From 2001 to 2001, Mr. Chung studied the U.S. intellectual property rights at University of Washington in the United States.
