Yulchon successfully assisted a multinational service platform company during its labor inspection conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL). Our assistance encompassed a comprehensive review of our client’s compliance with labor and employment laws, covering labor standards, maternity protection, and the employment of non-regular workers.
