Introduction
Sang June Uhm is a partner at Yulchon LLC in the Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on corporate criminal matters including thise involving corporate investigation, and criminal litigation. Mr. Uhm served as a prosecutor for nine years at various prosecutors’ offices, specializing in white collar crimes, tax evasion and financial crimes, prior to joining Yulchon in 2022. Before becoming a prosecutor, Mr. Uhm had worked as a certified public accountant at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers for four years.
