Junghwan Lee is a partner at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the areas of M&A, corporate governance, acquisition financing and private equity. Mr. Lee graduated from the Seoul National University (SNU) College of Law (LL.B.), completed a master's programme at SNU School of Law, and acquired his LL.M. from Sungkyunkwan University School of Law. After beginning his career as an attorney with Yulchon, Mr. Lee further refined his expertise at Yoon & Yang and rejoined Yulchon in 2024. He provides professional advice to clients based on his abundant M&A experience in various industries such as finance, platform, manufacturing and energy, as well as his extensive track record in advising on corporate legal matters. Mr. Lee’s specialties include, among others, general matters of corporate law, corporate M&A, equity investments, management control disputes, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, government regulations, attraction of foreign investment and implementation of overseas investment.
