Introduction
Jeong Cheol Cho, a partner at Yulchon, practices primarily in litigation area. Before joining Yulchon, he served as a superintendent public prosecutor at Seoul Central District, Suwon District, Daejeon District Prosecutor’s Office etc. Mr. Cho served as a public prosecutor or a superintendent public prosecutor altogether for 19 years. Mr. Cho specializes in white-collar crimes, and handles cases with respect to hiding assets overseas, offshore tax evasion, and violation of the Customs Act and Foreign Exchange Transactions Act in particular.
