Introduction
Ja-Young Lee is a partner in Yulchon LLC's Tax Practice and also a member of its German Desk. Ms. Lee is dually admitted to practice the law in Korea and California, USA, and has broad expertise in litigating tax, customs and other disputes before the Korean courts. Ms. Lee has further advised numerous high-networth clients on legal and tax issues in relation to cross-border matters involving assets in Europe, USA, and Asia. In addition, Ms. Lee extensively advises corporate clients based in the EU and the USA on corporate legal and compliance matters.
