Hyo Jeong Doh is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon who primarily practices in the areas of Insurance, financial regulations, permits and licenses for financial institutions and corporate. After Ms. Doh earned her LL.B. at Pusan National University and LL.M. at Yonsei University, she served at the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) for 10 years from 2013 where she built up a wide range of experiences in Dispute Settlement Department, Corporate Disclosure Department, Insurance Compliance Audit Department, Life Insurance Examination Department and Insurance Supervision Department. She has rich work experiences in various areas of the corporate and finance field, including, but not limited to issuance disclosure system, inspection and sanctions on insurance firms and permits and licenses for insurance business (e.g. granting a license for insurance business, approving change of major shareholder(s), merger/dissolution of an insurance firm and possession of a subsidiary, etc.).
