Song, Bong Jun
Introduction
Bong Jun Song is a partner at Yulchon LLC. Mr. Song began his career as a prosecutor at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office in 2010. He subsequently served at the Cheonan Branch of Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office, the Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office, the Public Security Planning Division of the Ministry of Justice, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office. Since 2022, he served as director prosecutor at the Eastern Branch of Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, director prosecutor at the Daejon District Prosecutors’ Office, Head of Election Investigation Support Division at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, special prosecutor, and director prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office. He then left the Prosecution Service to join Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution Group as a partner. During his tenure at the Prosecution Service, he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting major criminal cases across various areas, including serious industrial accidents, labor, anti-corruption, finance, and tax.
