Yulchon's Real Estate and Construction Group advised KIM'S Investment & Development in connection with its sale of Pine Avenue Building B (which was constructed by KIM'S Investment & Development as an urban infrastructure improvement project) to a real estate investment company managed by Koramco REIT & Trust. The purchase price for the building was KRW 476 billion.
 

The Real Estate and Construction Group provided comprehensive and timely legal advice throughout the transaction—from bidding and execution of the memorandum of understanding to legal due diligence, negotiation and execution of relevant agreements including the real estate sale and purchase agreement, and the closing. This transaction involved a complex deal structure due to the complicated relationship between many interested parties (for example, a portion of the purchase price was financed through capital contribution to the purchaser by several major shareholders of KIM'S Investment & Development). Yulchon assisted the parties in successfully closing the deal by presenting strategies to satisfy the diverse interests of the parties.
