鄭盛珷 (ジョン・ソンム)
紹介
Sung Moo Jung is a partner who practice primarily in the areas of antitrust and pharmaceuticals. He has worked on such cases as a corporation’s abuse of its market-dominant position (SKT and Hyundai Motor Company), business combinations (Korea Enterprise Data and E-Mart-SSM), cartels (paint, oil paint companies, credit card companies, elevators, insurance companies, and imported car dealers), and a pharmaceutical company’s unreasonable inducement of customers by an unfair means. Mr. Jung also handles other general antitrust matters such as advising on the establishment of CP and indemnification claims based on violations of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, in addition to advising on and providing litigation-related services for large-scale distribution businesses, electronic commerce transactions, franchises, indications and advertisements, and medicine and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Jung studied law in Seoul National University as an undergraduate, and later obtained a Master’s Degree with emphasis on economic laws. He also completed the LL.M. program in Santa Clara University School of Law in the United States. Alumnus of the 34th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Mr. Jung has been working with Yulchon’s Antitrust team since 2005.
