Shi Won Lee is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Yulchon. A graduate of Seoul National University and Duke University School of Law (LL.M.), he completed his training at the Judicial Research & Training Institute in 1999. After finishing his military service as a judge advocate, he served as a prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice and various prosecutors’ offices, specializing in labor, environmental, and financial crimes. Mr. Lee served as the director of the Environmental and Hygienic Crimes Department at the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, and also as the acting director of the Human Rights and Advanced Crimes Department, prior to leaving the prosecution to join Yulchon in 2018. From May 2022 to May 2024, he served as the Secretary to the President for Public Office Discipline for two years and rejoined Yulchon.
