紹介

During his 26-year career at the Ministry of Environment, Min Ho Lee held several key positions including the Deputy Minister of Environmental Policy, the Director General of the Nature Conservation Bureau, the Ministry Spokesperson, and the Director for Planning and Finance. An expert in environmental policy and climate change, he has been deeply involved in the introduction of an emission-trading scheme in Korea and in various international negotiations over climate change issues. Mr. Lee obtained a Ph.D. in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Delaware and completed coursework at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA), Indiana University, after receiving a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Seoul National University.
