Kwang Jin Lee is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon, where his main practice area is focused on banking and financial holding companies. Mr. Lee graduated from Korea University, College of Law and completed the 31st Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court. Before joining Yulchon in 2024, Mr. Lee worked in the legal team of Woori Financial Group from 2002 to 2006 and the Korea Federation of Banks from 2006 where he was in charge of all bank-related legal issues for about 20 years as the head of the legal team and the head of the compliance support department. Currently, Mr. Lee is a mediator of the Dispute Mediation Committee of the Financial Supervisory Service and an advisory member of the Anti-Money Laundering Policy Advisory Committee of the Financial Intelligence and Analysis Service.
