紹介
Ju Bong Park is a partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in the areas of real estate development, real estate construction, acquisition, leasing, sale and presale of real estate, real estate finance, real estate trusts, overseas development and construction projects, and SOC and infrastructure projects, as well as construction and real estate disputes, real estate finance disputes, environment/energy disputes, and administrative disputes. Mr. Park provides legal advice and represents clients such as developers, contractors, financial institutions, real estate trust companies, investors, and other parties in litigation involving real estate development and construction, real estate transactions, real estate finance, trusts, overseas projects, and SOC/infrastructure projects. Before joining Yulchon in 1999, he served as a judge at the Daegu District Court.
