チョン・セフン(Cecil Saehoon Chung)米国弁護士は、法務法人(有)律村の公正取引グループ副グル－ム長兼、国際公正取引法チーム長を担当しています。約25年間の法律業務経歴に基づいて多様な分野の訴訟及び助言業務を専門としており、特に国際公正取引及び消費者保護法分野の業務に重点を置いています。Chambers Global 2013では、韓国の米国競争法専門家であると同時に、外国弁護士として韓国公正取引法専門家でもある、他に類を見ない専門性を有していると評価されています。1988年から6年以上、米連邦公正取引委員会(U.S. Federal Trade Commission)競争局の弁護士として、企業の買収合併審査及び訴訟、価格談合、独占取引摘発及び訴訟など広範囲な公正取引法の実務経験を積んみ、その後、米国屈指の超大型法務法人2か所で公正取引法パートナー弁護士として数多くの公正取引法、消費者保護法、知的財産権法及びその他の多様な分野の法律業務を担当しました。また、1997年から韓国公正取引委員会、全経連、駐米商工会議所、駐米大使館などに米国競争法説明会及びサービス業務を通じて韓国公取委の競争法執行制度の先進化と韓国企業の競争法知識習得に貢献しました。それだけでなく、米国バージニア州にある特許訴訟専門ローファームで数多くの特許訴訟及びライセンシング業務を担当しました。
