Latin Lawyer has named Marfrig Alimentos SA’s US$1.26 acquisition of Keystone Foods its 2010 Outbound Investment Deal of the Year. Yulchon lawyers, led by Ki Young Kim, worked with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, global deal counsel for Marfrig Alimentos, on the successful closing of the deal by conducting due diligence on Korean affiliates of Keystone Foods, providing advice on various Korean legal issues and obtaining merger approvals from the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
