Yulchon has been named the winner of the 2010 Korean – Corporate Tax Law Firm of the Year Award by Global Law Experts. During the research process, GLE evaluated 18,000 responses from business directors, in-house council, independent law firms, high net-worth individuals, bar associations, visitors to the GLE website and LinkedIn users. These recommendations were combined with GLE’s own independent research to create a shortlist of firms for each key country and practice area. The shortlisted firms were then judged on criteria that included client testimonials, key cases from the past 12 months, and the performance and standing of the team’s individual attorneys. Through this award, Yulchon’s tax group reinforces its reputation as the premier tax practice in Korea.
