[IAM PATENT 1000] Yulchon recommended as a Gold Band Law Firm in Litigation and Transactions for five years in a row

Yulchon is honored to be recommended as a Gold band law firm (the highest rank) for five consecutive years by IAM Patent 1000 in Intellectual Property Litigation and Transactions.
IAM Patent 1000 stated that “Yulchon is routinely entrusted with go-for-broke patent cases by world-leading multinational players” with its “host of prodigious legal talent within its ranks, including 50 years of judicial experience.” IAM Patent also said that “No sector is out of reach for the technical team, although it is deployed to particularly superb effect in the electronics and healthcare arenas,” highlighting its recent victories in 1) Samsung Bioepis Co., Ltd. v. AbbVie Biotechnology Ltd. and 2) KFTC Investigation of Qualcomm and appeal to Seoul High Court.
Individual achievements of the IP Group were also commended by IAM Patent 1000. Jeong Yeol Choe, the Head of Yulchon’s IP Practice Group, who also serves as the current vice president of the Korean IP Law Association, is leading the IP department with verve.
