Yulchon has won the Debt & Equity-Linked Deal of the Year award at the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) Asia Awards 2018, held in Hong Kong on March 1, 2018. The firm was recognized for its work advising Kyobo Life Insurance on its subordinated capital securities offering.
