Yulchon has been ranked Tier 1 in ALB’s Asia M&A Rankings 2026 for the 12th consecutive year.
ALB described the contested battle for Korea Zinc involving the MBK Partners–Youngpoong consortium as pivotal to Korea’s evolving public M&A market. Yulchon represented Korea Zinc in the matter.
