Yulchon is pleased to announce that Mr. Jung Han OH was recognized by Asian Legal Business (ALB) as one of the Top 30 Litigators in Asia for 2026.

Selected from over 100 submissions across the region, only three litigators from Korea were included this year, reflecting Mr. Oh’s strong reputation in the litigation market.

Mr. Oh, co-head of Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution group, brings key judicial experience from his tenure as a judge at the Uijeongbu District Court. He also has served as Vice President of the Seoul Bar Association and an arbitrator for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. With his extensive background, he is widely recognized for winning complex, high-stakes cases across construction claims, automotive-related class actions, as well as criminal defense and startup disputes.

His representative matters include a landmark defense victory for Hyundai Motor Group in a massive consumer class action, alongside securing a rare full-recovery judgment for GS E&C and Samsung C&T against the Korea Rail Network Authority. These achievements reaffirm his proven expertise and capacity in handling complex litigation.
