Yulchon attorneys Soojung Lee, Christopher Mandel, Tae Eun Lee, Ja Hyeong Ku, Yeon Chang Song and Dong Hyun Kim contributed insights on South Korea for the IBA (International Bar Association) Global Employment Institute’s 14th Annual Global Report.
The report, prepared with contributions from employment lawyers across 48 jurisdictions, highlights recent global trends and developments in HR and employment law, including AI and digitalisation, flexible and remote work arrangements, skilled workforce shortages, mental health and workplace safety, and labour law reforms.
Yulchon is the only Korean law firm that has continuously participated in this global employment law research project and contributed insights on key developments and practical trends in the Korean labour and employment landscape.
