Yulchon Co-Hosts FKCCI Energy Committee Breakfast Seminar

On April 14, Yulchon LLC co-hosted a breakfast seminar titled “FKCCI Energy Committee Outlook: A High-Level Dialogue with Former Ministers and Industry Specialists” in collaboration with the FKCCI.
The event was organized for representatives of French energy companies in Korea to share insights on Korea’s energy policy and industry trends, and to discuss practical response strategies for foreign companies operating in Korea.
Moderated by Ms. Jay-Son Yang, the seminar featured a high-level session with Yulchon’s senior advisors—Mr. Sung Wook Moon, Mr. Min Ho Lee, and Mr. Young Eek Jung—who shared perspectives on key policy directions and major issues in Korea’s energy sector.
In the following session, Mr. Raymond Kang, Ms. Jay-Son Yang, Mr. Kum Ju Son, Ms. Weon Jin Kim, Mr. Kyung Jun Lee, and Mr. Jin Sub Kim introduced Yulchon’s capabilities across renewable energy, nuclear energy and SMRs, and energy infrastructure and international disputes, while sharing practical insights on regulatory developments and business implications.
The seminar was attended by a select group of industry representatives, providing an opportunity for in-depth discussions on key policy and regulatory issues, as well as an exchange of perspectives on business responses.
