Additionally, with deep experience advising financial institutions, particularly in the insurance sector, Ms. Shin has played a key role in a number of high-profile M&A transactions. Her recent representations feature Woori Financial Group’s acquisitions of Tongyang and ABL Life Insurance, as well as Hanwha Life Insurance’s acquisition of an Indonesian bank, PT Bank National Nobu Tbk, marking the first time a Korean insurance company successfully expanded into a foreign financial institution outside the insurance sector.
