This year’s edition features contributions from 23 leading law firms across 9 jurisdictions, covering key issues such as arbitration trends in the Asia-Pacific region and recent developments in investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS). Yulchon’s chapter prepared by its International Dispute Resolution team discusses the Korean Supreme Court’s recent decision on pathological arbitration clauses, further reinforcing the Korean courts’ pro-arbitration stance.
