Yulchon Attorneys Named to the Korean Bar’s Foreign Lawyers Judicial Reform Advisory Committee

Yulchon lawyers Moritz Winkler, and Hwajoon Lee were among 30 foreign attorneys who have been appointed to the Korean Bar Association’s Foreign Lawyers Judicial Reform Advisory Committee. The committee is to advise the KBA on how foreign jurisdictions handle court recording, the publication of judgments, and the use of technology in courts.
